At Planet Customizers, we carefully prepare and pack your orders before dispatch. We deliver customised gifts and personalised products across India.

Our standard shipping charge is ₹60 per order, unless the product page, offer, promotional campaign, or checkout specifically mentions Free Shipping.

If Free Shipping is mentioned for a particular product or offer, the applicable shipping charge will be ₹0 for that eligible order, subject to the terms of that offer.

The shipping charge applicable to your order will be clearly shown during checkout before payment.

2. Free Shipping Offers

Free Shipping may be available on selected products, collections, minimum order values, or promotional campaigns.

Where Free Shipping is specifically mentioned on a product page, banner, offer, or promotional campaign, that offer will apply according to its displayed terms.

If an order contains products with different shipping conditions, the shipping charge shown at checkout will be considered the applicable charge for that order.

After receiving your order and successful payment confirmation, we begin processing it.

Processing time may vary depending on the product and customisation requirements.

Customised products may require additional preparation time because they are made according to the customer's requirements.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination, product, customisation requirements, courier service, and other operational factors.

Estimated delivery timelines, where available, will be communicated on the website, product page, checkout, or through customer communication.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

5. Same-Day Delivery in Sitapur

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible products and orders within Sitapur, subject to product availability, order timing, customisation requirements, delivery location, and operational capacity.

We accept orders from customers across India.

For customised products, production begins after the required customisation details, photographs, text, designs, or other information have been received and confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Customisation details

• Photographs

• Other required information

Incorrect information may result in delays or delivery issues.

8. Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive shipment/tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Customers should keep their phone number available for courier-related communication.

9. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make delivery attempts according to their operational procedures.

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept the parcel, or other customer-related reasons, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

10. Damaged Package

If your parcel appears damaged when delivered, please record the condition of the package before opening it.

For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect-product claims, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

Planet Customizers is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural events, strikes, public holidays, festivals, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
