For customised products, the final product will be prepared according to the information, photographs, text, designs, and other instructions submitted by the customer.

4. Customisation Details

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete customisation information.

This includes:

• Spelling

• Text

• Photographs

• Logos

• Designs

• Sizes

• Colours

• Other personalisation instructions

Once an order enters production, changes may not be possible.

Planet Customizers is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If an error is made by Planet Customizers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the required evidence.

5. Customer-Provided Content

When you upload or send photographs, logos, artwork, text, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and provide that content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You must not provide content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

We may refuse to process an order containing unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.

6. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

An order may be accepted, cancelled, or declined in certain circumstances, including:

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment problems

• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

For customised products, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.

Once production, printing, or customisation has started, cancellation may not be possible because the product is being prepared specifically for the customer.

Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

10. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Our return, refund, and replacement conditions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

In general, customised and non-customised products are not eligible for return merely because of a change of mind or personal preference.

However, where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, deficient, or otherwise does not conform to the applicable product description or agreement, the matter will be reviewed and resolved as required under our policy and applicable law.

For damage, defect, missing, or incorrect-product claims, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the required evidence, including the mandatory continuous unboxing video where applicable.

11. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the delivery timeframe communicated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• Customisation requirements

• Courier availability

• Weather

• Natural events

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Unboxing Video

Customers are strongly required to record a continuous and clear unboxing video when opening their parcel.

For claims relating to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, the unboxing video may be required to review the claim.

The video should clearly show:

• The sealed package

• Shipping label / Order Number

• The complete opening of the parcel

• The product immediately after opening

The video should not be edited or cut.

Customer-provided photographs, logos, and artwork remain the property of the customer or their respective rights holders.
