Once your packet is ready to ship, the third-party courier partner (decided based on your location) will be responsible for shipping your product to your place within 5 to 8 days.

If you receive a manufacturing defected or damaged product, we offer a replacement. We require proof of defects with the help of images and videos. If the reason is genuine and proven after investigation, we will replace your product at no extra cost. Any missing items in the packaging or used items will not be eligible for replacement or return.
